Refund Policy

  1. Duplicate Payments: Refunds for subscription plan payments will only be applicable if duplicate payments are made in error. Duplicate payments occur when a customer unintentionally submits the same payment more than once for the same subscription period.

  2. Refund Request Process: To request a refund for a duplicate payment, customers must contact our customer support team or at hello@tred.club within 7 days of the duplicate payment occurrence. You can reach out to us through our designated support channels, which are listed on our website.

  3. Proof of Duplicate Payment: Customers requesting a refund must provide clear evidence of the duplicate payment, including transaction IDs, dates, and payment receipts. This information will help us verify the duplicate payment and process the refund promptly.

  4. Refund Approval: Refunds for duplicate payments will be approved only after verification by our finance department. Once approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, and the duplicate payment amount will be credited back to the customer’s account.

  5. Refund Timeline: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The timeline may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

Renewal Policy

  1. Manual Renewal (No auto debit) : Our subscription plans are set up for manual renewal. You have to manually renew your plan if you wish to continue your subscription.

  2. Cancellation: We do not enable auto renewal for the subscriptions. Your plan will automatically get cancelled once it gets expire.

  3. Subscription Changes: If you wish to make changes to your subscription plan, such as upgrading, downgrading, or changing the billing frequency, please contact our customer support team. Changes will be applied to the next renewal cycle.
